Refund and cancellation policy for e-products

Our refund policy for e-books and other e-products on our website www.the-secret-dvd.net are followed according to the ClickBank guidelines.

Clickbank will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy for physical products

Cancellation of Order

If you change your mind about a purchase, Global Secrets International will accept returns of the product(s) as long as the request is made within 30 days. A 10% cancellation fee applies. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped.

To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return please send us an email cancellation request before returning the product(s).

Enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Global Secrets International will issue the refund within 7 days of receiving the return package.

Damaged Goods

Should your package arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Please send us an email before returning the items, as it may be that we can rectify the problem. If this is not possible, we will pay postage cost for return of goods to Global Secrets International, upon arrival.

After 30 days has elapsed from receipt of an order, suspected faulty goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense.

When we receive the item Global Secrets International will either:

  • replace the damage goods and pay you for return postage or
  • refund your original invoice plus the return postage expense; whichever you prefer.

We cannot issue a credit or replace damaged items unless the goods are returned to Global Secrets International.
